My word, I literally laughed out loud when Perry started talking. What a laughing stock this guy’s become.

Taking Obama’s words out of context are pretty much for par for the course as far as Republican strategies go, though. Trying to tar Obama as a socialist despite all observable evidence didn’t work for the Republican­s in 2008, so no wonder they’re trying again!
